Please be aware that we are currently experiencing problems with internet access. This is being investigated by IT Support but you may experience loss of internet connection periodically over the next 24 hours until the issue has been resolved.

This is to keep you informed that we are currently experiencing problems on the email system whereby some contacts being fed through from the PASS database are not appearing correctly in Outlook. This is affecting all users on Gresham’s email.
IT support are working with Blue256 to try and resolve this issue as quickly as possible. All other functionality on Outlook is unaffected such as emailing, scheduling meetings etc.
We will update you once the problem has been resolved. In the meantime, please log any further issues or problems via Blue256, see contact details below for ease of reference.:

A poll has been added underneath the menu to ascertain Prep School Staff’s preferences on receiving communication from Gresham’s.
This trial poll will last 1 week. Voting is anonymous although a single computer can only vote once.
The number of votes cast and the running total of each answer can be clearly seen once you have voted.

There is a new sub-menu under the home page of the staff portal called Templates which features all the current published templates available for use at the School. As well as guidelines on usage of the new logo.

Dear All
For your information, as of this morning the school has two new Ford (17 seat) minibuses available for use.
Please ensure when refuelling either of these vehicles at Thurlow Nunn (Holt) that it is paid for by using the Gresham’s Enterprise Limited account.
All bookings can be made by emailing me at colinscoles@greshams.com; stating date, time required and the destination.

The ICT department are currently reviewing all email signatures for consistency and accuracy for those members of staff who have been trained on Outlook.
We are providing an opportunity for those trained in Outlook to check their own email signatures and provide any changes to the ICT department. To view your own signature, send an email from your Gresham’s email account to an external personal email account (where available) or where you do not have one to another external account where you have access to view it. Please check that the information displayed is correct, any required changes should be emailed to: ictsupport@greshams.com.
By way of guidance the standard is, teachers names should be prefixed with Mr/Mrs or their appropriate title. Administrative staff names with their first and last name.

Following on from Outlook Training delivered to Academic and Administrative staff recently, further training workshops will be scheduled after Easter for the remainder of school staff with existing Gresham’s email accounts. Your email account will not change to Outlook/Exchange until you have received your training. The ICT department will be in contact with you in due course to agree training times.
It is the aim of the School that all staff will eventually have Outlook email accounts.

Menu items with > in front will expand when clicked over. When at home, if no sub menu appears you will need to update your computer via windowsupdate.
