When referred by their GP to a specialist/consultant, members of BUPA should telephone the Helpline 0845 609 0444. You should then advise BUPA of the Group Number 3139441 – 0016 and advise which consultant you have been referred to. BUPA will most likely then authorise the treatment and provide you with a pre-authorisation number which you can then take with you when you visit the consultant. If BUPA do not recognise the consultant you have been referred to you should ask your GP to refer you to another.

Menu items with > in front will expand when clicked over. When at home, if no sub menu appears you will need to update your computer via windowsupdate.
